Chenxi Tang is working on a project entitled "Two Worlds: The Idea of China vs. the Idea of Europe Across Time." The first volume deals with three main periods before the 19th century (Antiquity, 1000–1300, and the long 18th century), while the second volume covers the 20th and 21st centuries.
