The Art of Translation working group focuses on the theory and practice of translation. We are open to anyone interested in practicing or thinking with translation. This working group has a hybrid structure that alternates between workshopping translations and discussing theories of translation and trends in the field. We also conduct readings and host visiting translators. We are drawn to translation as piracy, translation as movement, as treachery, as tricky work, as cipher. Join us.
