The Disability+Design working group offers students and faculty the opportunity to explore the intersection of disability and design. The group engages in a critical conversation on the intersection of design culture and pedagogy, and the experience of the disability community. Drawing on lived experience as knowledge-producing, we ask: what contribution can disabled designers, activists, and scholars make to the practice and theorization of design?
